Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy

Goods, Returns and Warranty Returns Policy
Faulty goods must be reported within 14 working days from receipt date. We do not accept responsibility for faulty goods after this time as elapsed. uk-mobilestore.co.uk recommend that returns are sent via registered or signed for mail. Warranties should in any case be directed to the manufacturer of the product. All goods are the responsibility of the customer for returning and making sure goods are well packaged, and insured against damage or loss. Any goods not returned to us for testing will not be replaced or exchanged. If another company tests or checks the products or fits the products the warranty is void. We will look at all returns and upon our discretion apply charges for goods found to be faulty because of third party or customer causes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay postage on returned goods

  • Items are returned to the correct location.
  • RMA number is visible on the outside of the package.
  • Valuable goods are insured.
  • You include a copy of the receipt.
  • Include a brief covering letter explaining why the goods are being returned.
  • Goods are securely packaged

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions.

All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. uk mobile store reserves the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without an RMA number.

Faulty Goods
Items are sold with a RTB (Return to base) Warranty and All shipping back to us is paid for by the customer. All items suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned and tested, if no fault can be found then the item will be returned to you at your own cost or a refund will be issued, Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customers expense.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second shipping charge may apply.

It is not possible to refund postage costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay postage on returned goods

Cancelling an Order
Cancellation of an order should be made within (14day) if for any reason, you have decided to change your mind and do not wish to keep the goods we sent you then you have the right to give us notice of cancellation within 14 days of receipt by you of the goods

Fraud
We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online

Complaints
If you have a complaint about our service, please let us know by writing. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24/48 hours. We will seek to remedy the complaint within 7 days and will keep you informed of any advances through the process.
